For each product paid for by bank transfer or online payment, we start sewing as soon as the money is credited to our account. Due to our individual approach to each order, the processing time may vary. By default, we have set a safety buffer of approximately 30 days for sewing and shipping. However, in most cases, we fulfill orders faster. If the order fulfillment is delayed, we contact the customer directly.

Shipments are delivered by courier companies - delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment, and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 4 business days.

We do not offer personal pickup of orders.
