Backpack Adapter 

The Backpack Adapter allows you to attach your backpack to Plate Carrier vests and Chest Rigs, enabling quick detachment and independent access to its contents (you no longer need to ask a colleague for help ;) ).

The adapter is designed for the Assault Pack 13 backpack and similar designs available on the market.

The adapter is attached between the vest straps using Velcro. To do this, thread the adapter frame through one of the plate carrier's adjustment straps and then connect the Velcro strips together. The whole thing will form a coherent system.

The straps attached to the top of the adapter should be attached to the backpack at the harness attachment point. The side straps of the adapter should be attached to the Plate Carrier's cummerbund using clips, and their ends to the lower attachment point of the harness on the backpack.

If the backpack or pocket used for this purpose does not have such a point, the straps can be attached directly to the Molle/PALS straps using the Slik Clip buckles included in the set.

The width of the adapter frame is 50 mm, which allows it to be used in Plate Carrier vests in the Crye Precision system and similar systems (including Ferro Concepts, Spiritus Systems, Husar, and Lightfighter Solutions).
The adapter can also be attached to Proper Grid Chest Rigs' harness, as their inner side is lined with soft velour. In this case, the side straps of the adapter can be attached to the vest instead of the waist belt.
