Cobra Tactical Battle Belt 

The Cobra Tactical Battle Belt is a lightweight and compact tactical belt with a width of 50 mm, made of laser-cut Cordura 500 D laminate and sewn-in Curv thermoplastic material for rigidity.

Curv material is lighter than traditional thermoplastic composites, but at the same time capable of withstanding heavy loads and temperature changes. In addition, its matte texture is less susceptible to scratches and light reflection when using night vision (it has IRR infrared remission).

The laser cuts on the belt correspond to two rows of the Molle/PALS system, allowing for the attachment and carrying of pouches, pockets and holsters.

In addition, the outer edges of the belt have been sewn with an “overlap,” eliminating damage and fraying of the edges after prolonged use, which is common in similar designs. This extends the life of the product itself.

Hard Velcro (hook) has been sewn onto the inside, which works with most internal belts, e.g., ours - Flexible Inner Belt.

A secure closure is ensured by AustriAlpin's patented 25 mm Cobra Pro Style buckle.

AustriAlpin Cobra buckles are made of lightweight aluminum, which is highly resistant to stress and weather conditions. The buckle mechanism does not open under load and allows for quick and intuitive fastening and unfastening of the belt with one hand, ensuring safe and comfortable use. Each original buckle has its own serial number.

The belt can be quickly adjusted using the carrying strap located next to the buckle. The strap also passes through an adjuster, which prevents the belt from loosening on its own. Excess strap can be secured with a piece of Velcro One Wrap and threaded through one of the Molle/PALS cells.

Thanks to its anatomical shape, the belt easily adapts to the user's body, ensuring comfort even during prolonged wear.
