Groin Protector

We created the Groin Protector with the aim of increasing the area of protection against shrapnel and pistol ammunition.

The front part is made of Cordura 500D and laser-cut laminate, allowing for the installation of additional pockets in the Molle/PALS system, e.g., Dangler N.33. Additionally, a soft Velcro element has been sewn onto the mounting panel for attaching patches or formation identifiers. Vertical cuts allow for the installation of 2 TQs or lightsticks.

A distinctive feature of the Groin Protector is the addition of a front pocket with a waterproof zipper lined with soft Velcro. This increases the space for carrying equipment and allows for the attachment of internal Velcro inserts.

The rear of the protector features a waterproof zippered pocket for a ballistic insert.

The pocket itself is made of Durastretch fabric, which stretches in 4 directions. This allows for the use of a wide range of soft ballistic inserts from other manufacturers with dimensions up to 35 x 28 cm, and even lightweight SAPI or Swimmers cut plates.

In addition to the central part, the design features a Velcro panel that allows the protector to be attached to plate carriers or complex chest rigs. The Velcro panel allows for smooth adjustment of the protector's height on the user.
